George was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1976 and
is a graduate of California State University and Southwestern
University School of Law.
George acted as an Assistant Public Defender in Hillsborough
County in 1976 through 1981 during which time he was
also engaged in a general civil practice with offices
in Tampa. George continued his general civil practice
until 1987 when George M Stark PA. was established exclusively
for the practice of accident and injury law. In 2005
George M Stark PA. opened its Pasco County offices in
Wesley Chapel.
Over 30 years of practice George has tried numerous
criminal and civil cases to a conclusion. Most recently,
he has litigated major cases against careless drivers,
automobile manufactures, medical professionals and insurance
companies.
George has represented over 2000 clients who have
been injured as a result of automobile and motorcycle
accidents, dangerous property conditions, defective
products and medical negligence.
In addition to State and local Bar Association membership,
George is a member of the Florida Justice Association
and the American Inns of Court.
